Amos Garcia is an associate director at the Milken Institute Asia Center based in Singapore. He leads the Center's events and programs related to financial technology, food and agriculture, and aging. He also manages government relations in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining the Asia Center, Garcia was a researcher at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He has completed advocacy and strategy work for the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and economic analysis for the Philippine Central Bank. Garcia studied international relations and economics at Calvin University in Michigan and completed his master's in public policy with a specialization in economic policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
