Angeline joined Credit Suisse First Boston in May 2004 in the Corporate Finance team within the Investment Banking department. She then spent more than 10 years in the Southeast Asia Energy, Metals & Mining, Utilities and Infrastructure sector team at Credit Suisse prior to her current focus on Singapore-based clients. She has led and closed Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets (including leading the first ever SPAC IPO on NYSE by a Singapore-based sponsor), Debt Capital Markets and financing transactions in numerous jurisdictions across Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, she worked for UBS in both their London and Singapore offices. A number of Angeline’s transactions have received “Deal of the Year” awards from publications including Asiamoney, International Financing Review, Finance Asia and others. In addition, the Credit Suisse Singapore Country Coverage team under her leadership has won awards for "Best Foreign Investment Bank in Singapore" from Asiamoney, Euromoney, FinanceAsia and The Asset.
