Sarah Keohane Williamson is the Chief Executive Officer of FCLTGlobal, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to rebalancing investment and business decision-making towards the long-term objectives of funding economic growth and creating future savings. FCLTGlobal conducts research, engages business leaders, develops actionable tools, and generates measurable change in capital markets behavior. FCLTGlobal was founded from the Focusing Capital on the Long Term initiative by BlackRock, CPPIB, Dow, McKinsey, and Tata and is supported by many of the world’s top asset owners, asset managers, and corporations. Williamson assumed her current role in July 2016, after spending over 21 years at Wellington Management, most recently as a Partner and Director of Alternative Investments. Prior to Wellington Management, Williamson spent over five years with McKinsey & Company Inc. in London, Dallas, and Boston. She was also employed by the US Department of State and was a mergers & acquisitions investment banker in New York and London for Goldman, Sachs & Co. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA in Economics from Williams College. She holds a CFA and CAIA designation.
