Anna Marsden is the Managing Director of the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, one of the largest NGOs focused on catalysing solutions for coral reef conservation. With two decades in the not for profit and arts industries in Australia, Anna has built a legacy of establishing relationships and pioneering change where it’s needed most. She has driven record growth in terms of private and public investment for the Foundation to pioneer the much-needed science and on-ground projects to restore the Reef and protect all its living diversity for future generations. Anna sits on a number of key advisory groups, on behalf of the Foundation, and leads an incredible team of dedicated scientists, staff and volunteers that work tirelessly to protect and safeguard the Reef in Australia and across the Pacific.
