Cesar Purisima is an Asia Fellow of Milken Institute, a global non-profit, non-partisan think tank. He is a founding partner at IKHLAS Capital, a pan-ASEAN private equity platform. From 2010 to 2016, Purisima was the Secretary of Finance of the Philippines, during which he was named Finance Minister of the Year 7 times in 6 consecutive years by multiple international publications. He currently serves on the boards of publicly listed companies like the AIA Group, Ayala Corporation, Ayala Land, Bank of the Philippine Islands, BPI Capital, Universal Robina Corporation, Jollibee Foods Corporation, among others.
