Cheryl joined Grab in 2013 and played a key role in transforming it from a local Malaysian startup into Southeast Asia’s leading brand. In her role, she oversees marketing, loyalty and sustainability across all Grab’s verticals, leading a team of over 500 professionals across the region. Her influence extends beyond traditional marketing. She champions Grab’s sustainability initiatives and social impact projects. Additionally, she spear up’s loyalty and subscription programs and runs a marketing center of excellence that supports Grab’s subsidiaries.Cheryl serves as a Board Member of Malaysia Aviation Group and Malaysia Airlines Berhad. She is also a member of the Global Executive Committee of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA). She’s a committee member of Tengah Island Conservation and a 2021 Acumen Fellow.
