As the Co-Secretary-General of Institute of Philanthropy (“IoP”), a global “think-fund-do” platform on philanthropy practices and issues. Dylan leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in Mainland China, Asia and globally, and contributes to enhance IoP's recognition as a philanthropic organisation and thought leader. Dylan has extensive management consulting experience in corporate and business strategy; as well as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and planning. Prior to joining IoP, he was Partner, Lead of Climate Change and Sustainability Practice at Boston Consulting Group Greater China. He also has solid public sector experience, having worked with government authorities in China on regional economy and urban development, industry planning, city branding and on climate change issues.
