Geo Chen is the author of the Fidenza Macro newsletter, which discusses global macroeconomic trends and the art of trading. He is the director of his family office, Three Quays, in Singapore, and manages his private foundation, the Huang Chen Foundation, which focuses on nature conservation, climate, and climate refugees. Geo previously worked at Credit Suisse as an FX trading desk head and at the Royal Bank of Scotland as an FX trader. He left banking in 2017 to manage his own capital, and used the trading profits to found the Huang Chen Foundation in 2020. He sits on the board of Rainforest Trust, an NGO that creates protected areas of rainforest all around the world.
