Hiro Maeda is the founder and managing partner of ALL STAR SAAS FUND, an early stage venture capital firm investing in Japanese SaaS startups. With a degree in computer science and economics from Bucknell University, he has been an early stage investor in over 100 companies, including SmartHR, Instacart, and Rippling. Previously, he led the investment division at BEENOS. In 2010, he launched Japan’s first startup accelerator, Open Network Lab, in partnership with Digital Garage and Kakaku.com.
