Hsueh Ling has more than 30 years of extensive experience in real estate development, investments, divestments private and public-listed fund management, product creation, capital raising, asset operations, management, and enhancement across multiple asset classes in key cities of Singapore, Australia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea and Japan. Hsueh Ling has led many acquisitions across APAC, including the development of green field and brown-field city, management of assets under the various funds. She has also executed many win-win exit strategies via capital recycling and monetization of assets, established and grew new fund businesses and was instrumental in spearheading many real estate initiatives. She was also the CEO of the SGX - listed Keppel REIT where she managed and significantly grew the REIT's office and integrated development portfolio in Singapore and in all the key cities of Australia. In Lendlease, Hsueh Ling was MD and Singapore Country Head, CIO Asia and Chair of the SGX listed Lendlease Global Commercial REIT. She was responsible for the successful listing of the Lendlease Global Commercial REIT on the Singapore Stock Exchange and led Lendlease’s PE business in Asia. Hsueh Ling was also responsible for building the largest ever development pipeline for Lendlease in Singapore.
