Jiadi Yu is IFC's Chief Investment Officer for the Asia Pacific Region. IFC is the private sector arm of the World Bank Group and the largest multi-lateral investor in emerging markets. Ms. Yu previously engaged in equity and debt financing in manufacturing and consumer services for Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Africa from IFC’s headquarters in Washington D.C. Before IFC, Ms. Yu worked in the Capital Markets Department at the World Bank in Washington D.C. and the Shanghai Asset and Equity Exchange. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Renmin University of China.
