Loh Niap Juan (Niap) is the Group Chief Corporate Officer of IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group, a fourth-generation family business and investment holding company dedicated to co-creating a new economy centered on well-being and happiness.Since becoming GCCO in 2019, Niap has been responsible for the development and execution of the Group’s corporate, investment, and organizational strategies in alignment with the ‘Well-being Mandate’ created by its steward and chairman, Chavalit Frederick Tsao. The mandate charters the business’s purpose to add value and serve the evolving needs of society and Life. To steer the transformation of IMCPAA’s business model, Niap has delivered a positive impact on the Group’s business and investment portfolios, enhanced governance and performance frameworks, and invested in its organizational culture. Niap has over 20 years of experience as a finance and investment professional, including more than a decade as a C-suite executive in government-linked companies, privately-owned family businesses and multinational companies. Niap serves on multiple boards across IMCPAA’s portfolio companies, including several publicly listed entities. He graduated with a First Class honours degree in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
