Patrick (Pat) Dennis is a Co-Deputy Managing Partner at Davidson Kempner Capital Management. Mr. Dennis oversees the Global Structured Credit and Capital Markets teams, and is a co-portfolio manager of the Firm’s global private credit strategy. Mr. Dennis joined Davidson Kempner in July 2008. Mr. Dennis was appointed Managing Director in January 2011, became a Partner in January 2014 and Co-Deputy Managing Partner in January 2020. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Dennis was an Associate Director in the Principal Mortgage Trading Group at Barclays Capital and was an Associate in Mortgage Trading at Credit Suisse from 2003 to 2007. He received a B.A. from Yale University in 2002. Mr. Dennis serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the investment committee of The Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey.
