Peter Tang is the Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Director at Butterfly, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm specializing in the food sector with more than $4 billion in assets under management. Mr. Tang oversees all aspects of the firm's financial activities and leads the firm’s strategic and growth initiatives. Prior to his appointment as CFO, he was one of the first members of Butterfly’s investment team and has played a key role in several of Butterfly’s investments. He currently serves on the board of directors of Pacifico Aquaculture and the Butterfly Equity Foundation. Prior to joining Butterfly, Mr. Tang worked at KKR as an investor on the Americas Private Equity team.
