Phoebe Lai is a Business and Program Development Associate at the Milken Institute Asia Center based in Singapore. She works on cultivating relationships and deepening engagement with key public and private sector stakeholders in Asia, supporting sponsor partners and coordinating initiatives like the Milken Institute Global Conference and across regional Summits in Asia, Middle East and Africa, and Europe. She also leads programming and community building for the Milken Institute Individual Memberships in Asia, specifically the Associates and the Young Leaders Circle (YLC). Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, Politics & Economics from University College London (UCL).
