Ryan Fong Jaya is a businessman, global investor, and mining executive. With extensive leadership experience in these roles, he has gained significant recognition at investment summits and in media outlets for discussing investment opportunities in Indonesia across multiple sectors. Currently, he serves as the Deputy CEO and Board Member of PT IFISHDECO Tbk (IFSH.JK), a publicly listed critical minerals mining company in Indonesia. He has played a key role in shaping the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy by diversifying investments in various mining assets, restructuring the management team, and digitalizing mining operations. Additionally, he is the Co-Founder of Fig Investment Management, a family office based in Singapore. Ryan is also actively engaged in several non-profit organizations, including the Milken Institute's Young Leaders Circle, Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (KADIN), Singapore Institute of International Affairs, among others. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College and is certified by the CMFAS Academy in Rules and Regulation for Fund Management in Singapore.
