Stefanus Ade Hadiwidjaja is INA's Chief Investment Officer and one of Indonesia’s leading investment executives with regional investing experience. He oversees the investments in INA, mainly in digital infrastructure, technology and healthcare sectors, among other sectors. Prior to joining INA, he was with Creador, a leading Southeast Asian private equity firm, where he was the Managing Director and Country Head of Indonesia and Singapore and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He led and executed a wide range of investments in the healthcare, consumer, and financial service sectors. He has a proven track record in turning around and improving the value of firms’ investments, including acting as CEO and board member of investee companies.
Further in his career journey, Stefanus spent a few years working at a global consulting firm, the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), serving clients in financial services and telecommunications industries, across both private and state-owned enterprises. Prior to that, he worked at management consulting firms, Arghajata and Skha Consulting, and spent a year with IBM Indonesia as Territory Services Leader.
He earned an MBA in Finance from Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania as a Fulbright-Sampoerna Scholar and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pelita Harapan.
