Ms Chua Weiling is CEO of One Hill Capital, a single-family office headquartered in Singapore. She was instrumental in setting up the family office and developing its overall strategic investment and operational plans. In the process, Weiling has implemented family and investment governance frameworks while overseeing portfolio construction, strategic asset allocations, next generation education, partnerships and operations. A third-generation philanthropist, Weiling played a pivotal role in establishing the Chua Foundation, a family foundation dedicated to impact giving in the disability and eldercare sectors. Focused on enabling persons with disabilities and seniors to lead dignified lives, the Foundation supports capacity-building initiatives and strategic programme funding. Weiling, a strong believer in impactful and sustainable giving also established an endowment fund and governance structure to ensure accountability, driving lasting change.Weiling sits on IBF's Private Banking and Family Office Workgroup to share best practices and experiences on building capabilities in the Singapore family office space. Weiling also serves on the board of trustees of Friends of the University of Warwick Trust. She received her MA in Economics and MSc in Hotel Industry Studies from New York University and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.
