Evan Feinberg is senior vice president of Stand Together and chairman of Stand Together Foundation. Stand Together is a philanthropic community that tackles the root causes of our country’s biggest problems by partnering with the country’s most successful business leaders, philanthropists, influencers and social entrepreneurs. Evan leads the organization's efforts to understand and apply the principles that drive human empowerment and helps our partners do the same. Evan currently chairs and served as the founding Executive Director of Stand Together Foundation, one of our nation's leading anti-poverty organizations that works with hundreds of the country’s most transformative non-profits and offers innovative new approaches to non-profit management, measurement, and community engagement. Evan’s thought leadership has been captured in nonprofit and social change articles, speeches, and videos, including a regular Forbes Nonprofit Council column and Stand Together videos on the Empowerment Paradigm and how to lead a bottom-up revolution against poverty. Prior to joining Stand Together, Evan was one of the first millennials to run for the U.S. Congress after serving as a senior policy aide in the U.S. Senate. His wife, Sarah, is a Marine Corps veteran and accomplished finance professional. Evan and Sarah live in Northern Virginia with their three boys: Luke, Zack, and Jake.
