Allison Aubrey is Food and Health Correspondent for NPR News. Her stories can be heard on Morning Edition and All Things Considered. She is also a contributor to the PBS NewsHour. She is the recipient of numerous awards including a National Press Club Consumer Award, American Society for Nutrition Media Award, two James Beard Awards in the category of 'Best TV Segment' for PBS/NPR collaborations. The stories include a two-part series on food waste, as well as a focus on Food as Medicine.
