Ashley serves as Senior Vice President and chief of Socially Determined’s Client Success team. Her work focuses on partnering with health care organizations nationwide to improve community health and organizational performance by addressing social determinant risks that impact health care utilization, costs, and outcomes. Ashley is a public health practitioner and researcher by training and an experienced management consultant whose career has bridged community health and health care strategy. Prior to joining Socially Determined, she helped build and grow population health consulting practices for Premier and Kaufman Hall. Earlier in her career, she led research and programmatic initiatives for organizations ranging from an academic research center to a network of federally qualified health centers and the country’s largest local health department. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia. She is a Certified Public Health professional and serves on the National Board of Public Health Examiners.
