As Director of Strategic Aging Initiatives at Capital Impact Partners, Candace assists in the development of community based, long term supports options, systems and sustained infrastructure to expand access for older adults to age in their communities with dignity and choice. Capital Impact Partners is a national, nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) delivering impact investing and innovation to build communities of opportunity. Since 1992, Capital Impact has fostered innovative solutions at the intersection of aging, community development and healthcare. This effort has including nearly $50 million in investments and helping to scale the Village to Village Network, Green House movement and most recently the AgeStrong investment fund. Candace has over 23 years of experience in the community development industry, including guiding Capital Impact's Aging in Community strategy and co-founding the national Village to Village network to foster aging in the community efforts nationwide. Candace holds a B.S. in Public Policy and Masters in Community Economic Development.
