Edward Greissing is executive director of the Center for Public Health at the Milken Institute. He previously served as a member of the Executive Committee and senior vice president for corporate affairs and head of government affairs for Sanofi US. For more than three decades, Greissing led corporate public affairs and industry advocacy initiatives, first at Upjohn Company and later at Sanofi. At Sanofi, Greissing was responsible for chronic disease prevention and wellness, health innovation and health and economic policy. He created and directed initiatives on patient health, internal and external communications, and corporate social responsibility. He is a member of the Children's Inn at NIH Advisory Board, George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health Dean's Council, and the Chimerix Board of Directors. He holds a bachelor's degree from Holy Cross and a master's in congressional studies from Catholic University.
