Ms. Crouse is a partner in the Seattle office of K&L Gates LLP who provides business-focused solutions for U.S. federal, state, and international tax problems in a variety of transactions and investment structures. She is experienced with navigating the challenges and opportunities of the Opportunity Zones incentive in a variety of settings, including new and existing operating businesses, real estate, and infrastructure projects. She has particular experience assisting multinational businesses in the technology and manufacturing industries and renewable energy industry participants, including in the context of energy storage and secondary market acquisitions of renewables facilities and businesses by taxable, tax-exempt, and government organizations. Ms. Crouse is also trusted counsel in the context of blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions and businesses, as well as compliance with and structuring to account for international tax reporting regimes. Ms. Crouse has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine and is the co-director of the Seattle chapter of Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy. She previously served in the United States Navy.
