Dr. Kelvin A. Baggett is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with experience as a physician, clinical leader, operator, advisor and investor. He brings a richly informed point of view on health and healthcare and how to make improvements at scale. That perspective was shaped through his positions in senior management and executive leadership positions in large complex organizations. Currently, Kelvin serves as Chief Impact Officer and Executive Vice President at McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 7 Company. Prior to joining McKesson, Kelvin served as Managing Director, Posterity Capital Group, a healthcare-dedicated investment firm targeting early to mid-stage companies that enable improvements in health and wellness. He also served as a Senior Advisor to Pharos Capital Group, a middle market healthcare private equity firm committed to investing in companies that reduce the total costs of care and improve outcomes. Kelvin's career also includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Health Care Navigator (HCN), a privately held asset management company focused on the post-acute care and long-term care entities in multiple states; and SVP of Clinical Operations and Chief Clinical Officer for Tenet Healthcare Corporation, were he was also previously the Chief Medical Officer. Before joining Tenet, Kelvin served as Chief Operating Officer, Clinical Services Group and VP of Clinical Strategies at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), the largest investor owned healthcare system.
