Sabrina Spitaletta is a senior director with the Center for Public Health at the Milken Institute. Ms. Spitaletta is charged with leading the Center's efforts focusing on mental health and addiction, specifically the role of employers and strategic collaborations across sectors and stakeholders. Ms. Spitaletta also oversees the program operations for the Center's strategic priorities of mental health, health equity and prevention. Before joining the Institute, Ms. Spitaletta was Head of Corporate Relations and Engagement at Children's Health Fund. Her responsibilities focused on strategic goal setting, cultivating thought leadership, and collaborative opportunities to broaden the corporate community's awareness of the Fund's access to quality care, policy and advocacy work for underserved children in the U.S. For 15 years, Ms. Spitaletta held leadership roles in corporate affairs and human resources at Sanofi U.S. The roles included overseeing employer corporate responsibility national community investments focused on prevention and comprehensive health, employee facing efforts involving wellness engagement, employee health policy grassroots and political action, and organizational performance management and development. She holds a bachelor's degree with honors from Brown University and a master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is on the Dean's Strategic Advisory Council for the Brown University School of Public Health.
