Kimberly Driggins is Executive Director of the Washington Housing Conservancy (WHC). WHC preserves affordable and workforce housing, prevents displacement, and promotes economic mobility in the DC region. Ms. Driggins is an expert in urban planning, placemaking, and real estate development. Prior to WHC, she worked in Detroit’s Planning and Development Department (PDD). Driggins served as Associate Director of Citywide Planning for DC’s Office of Planning, 2008 – 2015. She has a BA from Hampton University, and an MPP from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
