Mr. Youngblood was appointed by President Bill Clinton (with Senate confirmation) to the board of the United States Enrichment Corporation. He served as gubernatorial appointee by Ann Richards and George W. Bush to the board of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. He was appointed by Mayor Mike Rawlings to the board of the Dallas Employees Retirement Pension Fund and the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System Board. He serves on the board of California Institute of Technology, The Milken Institute, and Light & Wonder, Inc. He was appointed by President Joe Biden to serve on the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board. Mr. Youngblood graduated from Princeton University with an A.B in Politics/Science in Human Affairs, and earned an M.D. degree from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School.
