Laura Bray is Chief Change Maker and founder of Angels for Change (A4C). A4C was founded in October 2019, becoming the only US volunteer-supported, non-profit, patient advocacy organization with a mission to end drug shortages. Bray was recognized by CNN as "leading the national movement to end drug shortages." Her work has led to hundreds of thousands of patients receiving access during a drug shortage as well as advocating at the highest levels of industry and government, including testifying before congress, joining the White House Drug Shortages Round Table, and launching the End Drug Shortages Alliance.
