Mona Siddiqui is the SVP for Home and Community Care for Highmark Health where she leads a number of businesses for the enterprise including a compounding pharmacy and home infusion business, a logistics and DME vertical, home health and hospice businesses, palliative care in the home as well as a joint venture focused on transitioning hospital and SNF care into the home. Prior to coming to Highmark, she was the SVP for Clinical Operations within CenterWell at Humana and previously spent close to 3 years leading Strategy and Quality for Humana's Insurance Segment. She has also spent time in the federal government where she was the inaugural Chief Data Officer for HHS and lead the department's first AI strategy. She has also served in senior roles within CMMI, the White House and on value-based care initiatives for Johns Hopkins Health system. She received her MD from Johns Hopkins, a master's in data science from Harvard School of Public Health and in Management/Engineering from Stanford.
