Dave Brackett is Chief Executive Officer of Antares Capital. Mr. Brackett is a member of Antares’ Investment Committee as well as Antares’ Board of Directors. With approximately $42.9 billion of capital under management and administration, Antares is a private debt credit manager and a recognized market-leading provider of financing solutions for middle-market private equity-backed companies. The firm has held the #1 Bookrunner position for middle-market sponsors for the last 11 years. Mr. Brackett was a founding partner of Antares when it was formed in 1996. Antares was eventually acquired by GE Capital in 2005 where Mr. Brackett led the origination activities of the firm and eventually served as president and chief executive officer. He then led the firm’s divestiture from GE Capital and sale to the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, a transaction valued at $12 billion. Prior to starting Antares, Mr. Brackett was a senior executive with Heller Financial. He began his career at Continental Illinois National Bank. Mr. Brackett graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver and earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
