Gary Hall

Partner, Head of Investment Banking (Infrastructure and Public Finance), Siebert Williams Shank

Gary Hall is a Partner and the Head of Infrastructure and Public Finance at Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC (“SWS") and Principal of the Clear Vision Fund, a SWS sponsored social impact private equity fund. He is also a Partner with American Triple I Partners, an infrastructure private equity firm. Hall was previously an investment banker with JPMorgan Securities LLC, where he assisted state and local governments with over $50 billion of senior-managed municipal bonds issuances and credit facilities. He also worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Banc One Capital Markets, assisting both middle-market companies and financial sponsor firms with dispositions, acquisitions, and capital raises. Prior to his career in investment banking, Hall practiced corporate finance law with Gardner, Carton, and Douglas (now Faegre Drinker). He was appointed a White House Fellowship by President William Clinton to work as a Special Advisor to the Under Secretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance in the U.S. Department of Treasury. Hall is a member of the Board of Directors of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, Bay Area Council, and Las Trampas. He is on the Public Finance Advisory Board of the Milken Institute’s Center for Financial Markets and a Trustee with the National Recreation Foundation. Hall is a former Chairman of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board.
