Jill Granoff is Managing Partner of Eurazeo, a leading listed European investment firm with over $30 billion in assets under management, and CEO of Eurazeo Brands, its global consumer division focused on growth equity. Based in New York, she is responsible for leading investment activities and overseeing the performance of Eurazeo Brands’ portfolio companies globally. Ms. Granoff has a distinguished 30-year career leading consumer-driven companies and is best known as a strategist and brand builder in the beauty, fashion, and retail industries. Before joining Eurazeo in May 2017 to launch Eurazeo Brands, she was the CEO of Vince, where she led its IPO in November 2013 achieving a $1B market cap. Prior to this role, she was the CEO of Kellwood Company and Kenneth Cole Productions. Earlier in her career, she held executive positions at Estee Lauder, Victoria’s Secret, and Liz Claiborne, where she had global responsibility for Kate Spade, Juicy Couture, and Lucky Brand. Ms. Granoff is currently involved on the boards of Nest, Bandier, Q Mixers, Waterloo Sparkling Water, Dewey’s Bakery, and Pangaea. She has also served on the boards of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Cosmetic Executive Women, and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Ms. Granoff received her bachelor’s degree from Duke University and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
