As Treasurer, Jingdong Hua is responsible for capital markets operations and oversees an annual funding program of US$60 to 70 billion through IBRD and IDA debt issuances. He heads World Bank Treasury’s capacity building, advisory, and capital market intermediation services in financial analytics, asset management, and financial solutions for its clients. As Pension Finance Administrator, he supervises the investment and administration of World Bank Group’s pension plans with US$30 billion assets under management invested in a diverse pool of asset classes. He held various treasury positions at International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank, United Nations Development Program, and African Development Bank.
