John Gerzema is a pioneer in the use of data to identify social change and help leaders and organizations anticipate and adapt to new trends and demands. A New York Times best-selling author, social scientist, and consultant, he is an expert on leadership and management of social change. As CEO of The Harris Poll, he oversees polling, corporate reputation, and strategy, including the largest data-set on COVID-19 in American society in advisory to The CDC, media, policymakers, and various corporations. As a Distinguished Fellow at The Athena Center for Leadership Studies at Barnard, John serves on boards of The U.N Foundation’s Girl Up Campaign and The National Kidney Foundation.
