Nili Gilbert

Nili Gilbert, CFA, CAIA, is a board member and the Chairwoman of the Investment Committees of both the David Rockefeller Fund and the Synergos Institute, as well as a Senior Advisor at BCG. She is a leader and Advisory Board member at Carbon Direct LLC, and also serves on the Social Mission Board of Seventh Generation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Unilever. Ms. Gilbert is the Chair of the USD ~90 trillion GFANZ (Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero) Advisory Panel of Technical Expert Groups and a member of its CEO Principals Group. She serves as the Chair of US Policy for the UN-Convened Asset Owner Alliance and is a member of the State of California’s Climate-Related Financial Risk Advisory Group. Previously, she was Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager of Matarin Capital, which became one of the largest women-owned asset managers in the US. Nili is a recurring speaker for CNBC and Bloomberg television, among others. She has been honored as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, LinkedIn TopVoice in Finance, Entrepreneur of the Year by the National Association of Securities Professionals, and Bloomberg BusinessWeek “One to Watch.” She is a permanent member of both the Council on Foreign Relations and the Economic Club of New York. Nili received her BA, magna cum laude, from Harvard University, her MBA from Columbia Business School, where she was a Toigo Fellow, and she has completed programs in leadership and sustainability at Oxford and Stanford Universities.
