Paul Rabil is a former professional lacrosse player and co-founder of the Premier Lacrosse League – The SBJ Sports Breakthrough of 2020. The PLL features 250 of the world's best players, a tour-based model, and major corporate partners that include Ticketmaster, Adidas, Capital One, Gatorade, Vineyard Vines, Crowdstrike, and others. During the past offseason, the PLL acquired Major League Lacrosse, adding their rich history, players, and media to the PLL. The league expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic adding Cannons LC as their 8th team, who Paul would go on to play for in his final season wrapping up his hall of fame on-field career. In 2017, Paul launched the award-winning Suiting Up Podcast, an interview-style show that hosts top athletes and entrepreneurs, such as Bill Belichick, Venus Williams, Mark Cuban, and Adam Grant. Named a “Top 40 Most Entrepreneurial Athlete” by Entrepreneur Magazine, and a Sports Business Journal Forty under 40 honoree, Paul has also found success as a business owner and investor, acquiring capital and operating Rabil Ventures. Paul, having grown up with Auditory Processing Disorder and ADHD, started the Paul Rabil Foundation in 2011 to help children with learning differences by creating programs and partnerships through sport and scholarship
