Richard Schwartz

Richard Schwartz co-founded Rush Street Interactive, Inc. (NYSE: RSI) in 2012 and currently serves as the company's CEO and as a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining RSI, Mr. Schwartz founded and led the interactive business for WMS Industries, which in 2010, launched the award-winning UK-facing online casino business, Jackpot Party. Mr. Schwartz has been a leader and innovator in the gaming industry for nearly 20 years, is an inventor on 50 US-issued patents and has a deep understanding of player psychology. Prior to joining the gaming industry, Mr. Schwartz was an executive at Telecom Italia Lab USA (formerly Telecom Italia Ventures) and an intellectual property attorney in Silicon Valley. Mr. Schwartz graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
