Trina Spear is Co-Founder and Co-CEO. She started her career in finance, where she worked on Wall Street for Citigroup's investment banking and private equity divisions and for The Blackstone Group's hedge fund group. Trina's list of accolades includes becoming Fast Company's 9th Most Innovative Company for branding (2019), Inc. 500's 21st Fastest Growing Company in the U.S. (2018), and one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs at Goldman Sachs' Builders and Innovators Summit (2018). She won the Emerging Entrepreneur award at the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards for the Greater Los Angeles Region (2018), raised the 4th largest round for a female-founded company (2017), and is part of the 2018 class of Henry Crown Fellows in the Aspen Institute's Aspen Global Leadership Network. Trina was published in the Journal of the American College of Radiology for her article entitled, "Transforming the Healthcare Experience: Doctors, Nurses, Patients, and Beyond" in the October 2017 issue. She won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Greater Los Angeles Region in 2018. Trina received her B.A. in Economics from Tufts University, graduating magna cum laude. She completed her MBA at Harvard Business School.
