Brian Rogove is the Chief Executive Officer of XCL Education, a Singapore headquartered Education group focused on providing high-quality K-12 private schools across Southeast Asia. The group currently educates nearly 30,000 students across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. XCL is backed by TPG Capital & Temasek Holdings. Brian has lived and worked in Asia for over 20 years and spent the past 15 years working with Private Equity and focused exclusively on Education. Brian serves on the Board of Reach Higher, a non-profit focused on equity and access to tertiary education for first-generation students, chaired by Michelle Obama. Since 2017 he has served on the Board Facilities Committee for the Singapore American School, Brian has a B.S. in Economics from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
