Chloe Cockburn is the founder and CEO of Just Impact Advisors, a donor advisory and grantmaking group specializing in criminal justice reform. She advises donors, provides donor education and strategic analysis and directs several funding entities. She also serves as a board member and advisor to the Bia Echo Foundation. Previously, Chloe served as the program director overseeing the criminal justice portfolio for Open Philanthropy, a San Francisco based foundation primarily advising Cari Tuna and Dustin Moskovitz. Chloe has exclusively focused on criminal justice reform for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School and previously worked with the Vera Institute, the ACLU, and the law firm of Neufeld, Scheck, and Brustin.
