Kevin Sherlock is a managing director and the global co-head of Financial Sponsors Group for Bank of America. In his current role, Kevin’s team is responsible for the origination and execution of all debt, equity and M&A transactions for private equity firms on a global basis. He previously was co-head of the bank’s global leveraged finance business where he and his team were responsible for the origination, structuring and syndication of underwritten and best efforts loan and bond financings for non-investment grade companies across all industries. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2014, Mr. Sherlock spent 18 years at Deutsche Bank, where he most recently ran the bank’s leveraged finance capital markets business and was co-head of the restructuring finance group. Mr. Sherlock also worked in Deutsche Bank’s mergers and acquisitions group and at Ernst & Young Management Consulting. Kevin is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He received a MS in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a board member for Archbishop Molloy High School and Hour Children.
Kevin and his wife, Amy, live in Rockville Centre with their three children, Erin, Timothy and Meghan.
