Stephanie Ledesma

Interim Senior Vice President, Community Health Programs, Kaiser Permanente

Stephanie Ledesma is interim senior vice president of community health programs for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. and Hospitals. She leads the organization’s community health initiatives, including economic opportunity and affordable housing efforts and Kaiser Permanente’s Thriving Schools and environmental stewardship programs. She also oversees grant-making, medical financial assistance and charity care, and support for safety-net community health systems. Previously, Ms. Ledesma was chief operating officer at Aetna Better Health of Pennsylvania, with responsibility for a nearly $1 billion Medicaid health plan. Ms. Ledesma was recognized in 2018 as a top 100 Latino leader by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Governor’s Advisory Commission on Latino Affairs. She holds a master’s degree in applied analytics from Saint Louis University.
