David Goldstein is a Vice Chairman in the Global Technology Investment Banking Group at Jefferies. David advises business owners, shareholders, corporate board and investors in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, financial analysis and valuation for Jefferies. David has experience across a broad base of industry sectors including Payments, Financial Software and FinTech. David has over 25 years of experience in this role and has advised on over $500 billion of strategic transactions. Selected transaction experience includes companies such as Visa, Mastercard, Fiserv, FIS, Worldpay, First Data, Vantiv, PayPal, Shift4, Paysafe, Repay, Shopify, Nuvei, Riskified, Affirm, SoFi, LendingClub, Verifone, TSYS, WEX, Fleetcor, Worldpay, Transunion, Equifax, Storable, Paya, Lightspeed, Clearwater Analytics, Backstop Solutions, SS&C, Rectangle Health, CURO, Elevate, Enova, amongst others)• Prior to joining Jefferies, David spent 18 years at Credit Suisse as a Vice Chairman within the Technology Investment Banking group involved in a variety of transactions from M&A, IPOs, Follow-ons and deSPACs. David has spent many years working on international transactions developing an international network in India, Brazil, China, Japan, and in Europe. Prior to Credit Suisse he spent 10 years at Citi in the Technology Investment Banking Group.• David holds a BS in Economics with a concentration in Actuarial Science from Wharton University and a BA in Mathematics from of the University of Pennsylvania
