Jenny Tsang-Quinn, MD, is the Chief Medical Administrative Officer and SVP of Population Health and Strategy at Rendr, which provides primary and multi-specialty care to nearly 200,000 Chinese immigrants and families in New York City. Before joining Rendr, Jenny was the Senior Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness at Maimonides Health Center where she worked on local and Brooklyn-wide healthcare delivery system transformation efforts with a focus on primary care, population health and workforce development. During her tenure as the Executive Director of the New York Alliance for Careers in Healthcare, an organization that engaged healthcare employers and industry stakeholders in the analysis of current and future labor force needs, Jenny worked with local, state, and national experts to address changing healthcare workforce issues. Past experiences as the Assistant Director of Clinical Services at the Union Health Center, the oldest primary care organization in the United States, and Director of Healthcare Programs at the September 11th Fund provided Jenny with opportunities to develop and launch innovative healthcare initiatives. A graduate of the Autonomous University of Guadalajara School of Medicine and Columbia University, Jenny is a patient-centered medical home certified content expert. She uses her expertise in primary care to advance improvements that benefit patients and strengthen communities. Jenny has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business as a Notable Woman in Healthcare.
