Najoh Tita-Reid is an accomplished global marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience. Najoh has been recognized globally as a transformational leader in her field. Some of her accolades include US’s CMO 50 list by Campaign, Hero Women’s Role Model by Yahoo! Finance, Top 100 Women in Tech to Watch by Women’s Tech Network. She has been recognized with the Brand Genius Award by AdWeek, CMO of the Week by Brand Innovator, and as a Game Changer by AWNY. As the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Logitech, she is responsible for worldwide marketing, brand equity, creative, branded and direct-to-consumer e-commerce sites, global brand and commercial communications, social media, creators and influencers, and marketing transformation across 120 countries. Najoh joined Logitech, bringing her experience as a global executive, managing large P&Ls, and driving transformation across multiple industries and geographies. Prior to Logitech, she was the Global Chief Marketing Officer and Member of the Executive Board at Hero AG. Prior, she worked as General Manager in Healthcare for Pharmaceutical giants Merck & Co. and Bayer Healthcare, and prior she successfully led Strategic Accounts at an advertising agency. Najoh began her career at Procter & Gamble, continually rising in marketing over 19 years across several billion-dollar brands. Promoted as the leader of multicultural scale marketing, she founded P&G's My Black is Beautiful campaign, recognized by Advertising Age as an industry “groundbreaking campaign.” A lifelong advocate of DEIB, Najoh is an avid mentor.
