Robert (Rob) A. Gillam serves as McKinley Management, LLC’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. He oversees all McKinley businesses including McKinley Capital Management, McKinley Alaska Private Investment, McKinley Research Group, and McKinley Alaska Growth Capital. A graduate of the Wharton School and CFA holder, Rob has more than 30 years experience investing in global markets on behalf of McKinley clients. Under Rob's leadership, McKinley's business has diversified to include Alaska-relevant private investment; policy, social and economic research; and commercial lending. A third-generation Alaskan, Rob is bullish on Alaska and sees opportunities for disruptive and innovative companies. as well as investors looking for emerging market style returns with the security of the US dollar and rule of law. Rob, his wife, and two teenage sons live in Anchorage.
