Steven is Head of Global Affairs and Engagement with Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets with approximately $54 billion of assets under management. Steven was a senior Cabinet Minister in Australia, most prominently as Minister for Trade, Tourism, and Investment where he pursued Australia's most ambitious trade and investment agenda prior to joining Stonepeak Partners. He negotiated and secured economy-boosting agreements by completing the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP11), as well as the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA). He also completed the Hong Kong - Australia Free Trade Agreement and the Peru-Australia Free Trade Agreement. Steven is also a Milken Asia Fellow.
