Aditi Javeri Gokhale is responsible for the growth, relevance and competitiveness of Northwestern Mutual. She oversees the company’s go-to-market strategy, institutional investments and its wealth management and investments business. She leads teams that manage more than $627 billion in company and client assets. In addition, she is accountable for Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures (the company’s venture investing arm) along with the consumer digital disruptor, Wysh. Aditi also serves as executive sponsor Northwestern Mutual’s Women’s Initiative along with the company’s African American employee resource group. Aditi joined Northwestern Mutual in April 2016 as chief marketing officer of LearnVest, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual, and became the first-ever chief marketing officer of Northwestern Mutual in 2017. She was later named chief commercial officer, overseeing the company’s marketing and strategic communications where she led teams that focused on differentiating the Northwestern Mutual brand and its products in the marketplace. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Aditi held executive roles at Nutrisystem, Travelocity, American Express and Shutterstock. Aditi is a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women community; Milken Institute’s Executive Circle, and Fast Company‘s Impact Council. Aditi received her MBA in management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She also received her Bachelor of Science degree from MIT, majoring in management science and minoring in economics.
