Born in the south of Brazil, a civil engineer since 1979 who had began his work in road construction sector. Couple of years later, participated in various innovatives urbanistics urban subdivisoins, resorts, theme parks, golf courses, outlet malls and shopping centers. As a good example of them we have the first gated community in Brazil - Terras de Sao José, Itu, the creation of the Serra Azul Touristic District.
